A deposit will be taken at time of scheduling. 💖 The Beauty Haven technicians do not lash over other lash artist work. You will need to start fresh with a new set. 💖There’s a 100% cancellation fee for all 24 hour and same day cancellation/reschedule. This fee will be collected and is non-transferable. 💖I give all clients a 10 minutes grace period. Anything after 9 minutes will result in a reschedule and cancellation fee. 💖There will be a $10 cleanup fee of makeup (mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, foundation, concealer, falsies glue) is not removed. 💖If Miss your 2-3 Week window for your fill-in and or come with less than 40% of your lash set, This will be considered a full set. 💖If there happens to be any issues with your lash set, please contact me within 2-3 days to resolve your concerns. 💖If you purchase a Lash Bundle Deal, you MUST scheduled your appointment within the 2-3 week window LASH PREPARATION 💖 Please have lashes clean and free of any eye drainage 💖NO MAKEUP on or around eyes 💖No wet hair (it makes my lash bed wet and that’s not fair to other clients after you). BODY SCULPTING POLICY Nonsurgical body contouring is also known as nonsurgical fat reduction. There are a variety of nonsurgical fat reduction procedures. These procedures reduce or remove stubborn pockets of fat to contour and shape different areas of the body. These procedures are painless and require no downtime. The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. 💖If rescheduling is needed, a 48 hour notice must be given prior to the scheduled appointment day. A no show or same day cancelation will result in 100% of service charge for your scheduled service. 💖Last minute cancellations means 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. 💖You may only reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit. 💖If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 48 hour notice. Please understand that if you fail to notify us within 48 hours we may impose the following fees. 💖Loss of that treatment within your treatment package 💖Loss of deposit 💖Full payment for scheduled treatment will be due 💖Please be prompt for your appointment. A late fee of $15 will be charged if you are 10 minutes late. Anything after 15 minutes and you will be charged for your full service and will need to reschedule your appointment. If you know that you will be running late, please contact me immediately via text message.
