A deposit will be taken at time of scheduling. 💖 The Beauty Haven technicians do not lash over other lash artist work. You will need to start fresh with a new set. 💖There’s a 100% cancellation fee for all 24 hour and same day cancellation/reschedule. This fee will be collected and is non-transferable. 💖I give all clients a 10 minutes grace period. Anything after 9 minutes will result in a reschedule and cancellation fee. 💖There will be a $10 cleanup fee of makeup (mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, foundation, concealer, falsies glue) is not removed. 💖If Miss your 2-3 Week window for your fill-in and or come with less than 40% of your lash set, This will be considered a full set. 💖If there happens to be any issues with your lash set, please contact me within 2-3 days to resolve your concerns. 💖If you purchase a Lash Bundle Deal, you MUST scheduled your appointment within the 2-3 week window LASH PREPARATION 💖 Please have lashes clean and free of any eye drainage 💖NO MAKEUP on or around eyes 💖No wet hair (it makes my lash bed wet and that’s not fair to other clients after you). A no show or same day cancelation will result in 100% of service charge for your scheduled service. 💖Last minute cancellations means 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. 💖You may only reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit. 💖If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 48 hour notice.
